3. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a lifetime license for Geo Localizer that includes:

4. Payment and Pricing

Geo Localizer is sold as a one-time purchase for $49 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are final and include applicable taxes where required.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for digital products. Refunds are available if:

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Geo Localizer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
